John Howell & Co. Ltd. to present at Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime Print

JH&Co will take part in the forthcoming 27th International Symposium on Economic Crime at Jesus College, Cambridge. In conjunction with three leading academics in the field, JH&Co carried out research in to the scale and impact of economic crime in the UK on behalf of the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) last year. Two papers were produced, which will be discussed at a special session of the conference on Thursday 3rd September. The papers comprise a critical analysis of literature relating to the measurement of financial crime (carried out by Dr Matt Fleming) and a proposed framework for developing data to measure the impact and amenability to control by the FSA of various financial crimes (co-authored with Dr Nicholas Dorn and Professor Mike Levi).
