John Howell & Company Ltd is an established adviser to a number of governments, regulators, financial institutions and corporates on strategy formulation, policy development and implementation. Historically its clients have been situated mainly in Europe, Central Asia and the USA, but it is now increasingly active in Africa. As JH&Co works in all areas of the policy cycle, it seeks to build long term relationships that follow the policy cycle and generate increasing economies and efficiencies through focus and continuity. Most of its new business is the result of introductions and recommendations from clients and, importantly, opportunities identified by JH&Co and brought to interested parties who then become clients.
